What if you knew?
What if you knew?
What if you knew how much you are loved?
What if you really, really, really believed God loved you?
Would you see God, yourself, your life, and others differently?
Would you believe that, know that, live that, remember that all things work for the good because your Heavenly Father loves you, really, really, really loves you?
What if you knew how much you are loved?
Would you stop beating up yourself for your mistakes?
Would you forgive yourself and others so that you can live free in the forgiveness of God, trusting Him to make you right, to make all things right?
What if you knew how much you are loved?
Would you give God your regrets, your sins, your wayward ways, remembering God is the Father waiting with love for the prodigal to return home?
Would you remember that nothing can separate you from God’s love?
What if you knew how much you are loved?
Would you stop looking back and instead look up, would you trust that God loves you enough, loves you so much, that His love covers your past, present, and future?
Would you move forward with excitement because you know you are loved?
What if you knew how much you are loved?
Would you remember God is the Father who sent His son to earth for your rescue?
Would you remember Jesus came willingly for you, to save you, to free you, to give you an eternal hope-filled, joyful home?
Would you, could you, will you relax and rest in God’s love?
What if you lived believing you are loved?
God’s love is unfailing and everlasting because God’s love is not just an emotion, God is love. What if you let God’s love wash over you, filling you, restoring you, mending you, cleansing you, setting you free forever?
What if I knew, really knew how much I am loved?
Oh Father, I believe, help my unbelief. Help me to know You, for You are love. Let me swim, diving deep into the beauty of Your unfailing, everlasting kindness and love. Help me to know, and always remember, how much I am loved.
“I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born. … For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” ~ Luke 2:10-11 (NLT), John 3:16-17 (NKJV)
“I have loved you with an everlasting love. For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting and His faithfulness to all generations. ~ Jeremiah 31:3, Psalm 100:5 (NASB)
“Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. For God is love.” ~1 Corinthians 2:9 (NASB), Romans 8:38-39 (NASB), 1 John 4:16 (NASB)
