Happy dancing from the rooftops — 6 Comments

  1. “Grace only” never is taught in scripture as self sufficient, God has much more to say about what we must do to stay pleasing to Him, He did not let His Son suffer and be tortured, and die, and then be mocked by our haphazard attempts at pleasing Him. Rev 3:14-22 well states if we are even lukewarm we will be spewed out of His mouth, meaning out of His Kingdom. His word also states that ” we are to be putting off the old man and be putting on the new man,’ Meaning every Christian is a work in progress. He also states “That faith without works is dead by itself, we must show Him our faith by our works, not just by our words. He also states that “If anyone says they are without sin is a liar and calls God a liar.” God is the only true Holy One, not mankind. To many Christians today are getting way to lax at honestly serving their Lord and others as He has asked of each of us. Obedience is what God wants from the body of Christ to show that they do truly love their Lord and Savior, Not a bunch of words that have little to no works attached to them. We must love our Lord with all our hearts, minds, and souls each and every day. God bless you all. Pastor/retired career missionary /Author of Taking the Mystery out of Missions.” Jay McLaughlin

    • So true, Jay. God’s grace came at a mighty cost, and as Christians we must be obedient and follow Him. Loving the Lord with all our hearts, mind, soul and strength is a beautiful blessing. That’s why I write to share with the world so in need of the good news of God’s grace. Thank you for your service as a missionary to reach the lost!

  2. A heart always rejoices when sharing what God has done and doing in our lives. Happy dancing! Blessings! XOXO
