I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’ The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.
When my spirit grows faint within me, it is you who know my way. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. You guide me with your counsel and afterward you will take me into glory. ~ Isaiah 41:13, Isaiah 30:21, Isaiah 58:11, Isaiah 42:16, Psalm 142:3, Psalm 119:105, Psalm 139:7-10, Psalm 73:24
Heavenly Father, help me to rest in the knowledge of Your divine guidance.
