They are listening and watching

As a writer, I know every word matters and each one should have a purpose. Every word spoken or written can impact and imprint someone’s life.

Throughout the Bible people heard of God and Jesus. And those who listened were drawn to God’s love.
When she heard in Moab that the LORD had come to the aid of his people by providing food for them, Naomi and her daughters-in-law prepared to return home from there” (Ruth 1:6 NIV).
“Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, ‘Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!’” (Matthew 20:30 NIV).

When they heard all he was doing, many people came to him from Judea, Jerusalem, Idumea, and the regions across the Jordan and around Tyre and Sidon” (Mark 3:8 NIV).

“When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak” (Mark 5:27 NIV).

“In fact, as soon as she heard about him, a woman whose little daughter was possessed by an evil spirit came and fell at his feet” (Mark 7:25 NIV).

“A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home. Some men came, bringing to him a paralytic, carried by four of them. Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus and, after digging through it, lowered the mat the paralyzed man was lying on” (Mark 2:1,3-4 NIV).

Do our words bring people to Jesus
How far would we go to bring others to Him?
How willing are we to help those in need?
People are listening and watching
What do our words say?
