You become what you think. If your thoughts are negative, you become negative. If you think positive, you are positive. Take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. As a man thinks so is he, so fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. ~ 2 Corinthians 10:5, Proverbs 23:7, Philippians 4:8. Positively charged thoughts lead to positively charged lives. So friends let’s take those thoughts captive, and charge forward with the positive!

Habits and thoughts literally grind ruts in the brain similar to the ridges in vinyl records. The more something is repeated, the deeper the channel. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.”
Read more →We all have them. Those thoughts that awaken us in the night or make us cringe in the light of day. They usually come out of thin air, at the worst times, and send our minds whirling. 2 Corinthians 10:5 advises us to “…demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5 NIV). However, once we take them prisoner, what do we do with them? They continue to torment us from behind their jail bars.
