Read more →Thanks to weight training, I once was able to out-lift many men in the gym. I could bench press my body weight, lift the stack (250 lbs) on the leg machine, and even lifted 750 lbs using my calf muscles. (Yes, that was in the past). Unfortunately, illness derailed my strength and strength training. Too weak to walk, all I could do was sit or lie still while untreated Lyme Disease ravaged my body. But during that eleven year battle, I learned so many amazing truths. One of which is that we don’t have to be strong. Our God is strong enough. Our God provides the strength.
